Families First also offers Wellness Reimbursements for all employees.
Wellness Reimbursements can total $300, per employee, per fiscal year. July 1st to June 30th.
Full-time employees are eligible for additional wellness reimbursements through the agency’s Medical Insurance.
Please attach applicable receipts to the following form. Receipts are required to be considered for reimbursement. The reimbursement may not be paid out if the date is not within the current fiscal year.
The Agency Wellness reimbursement can only be for the following items/services:
Local Gym Memberships: this includes the YMCA, and in-home subscriptions like Peloton & Tonal
Gym Equipment: weights, yoga mats, treadmills, resistance bands, and bikes.
Local Exercise Classes: Yoga, Zumba, Kickboxing, Martial arts, Cycling, Pilates, Dance, and Strength training. This does not include subscriptions to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Prime, or Tubi.
Mental Health Support: Local Meditation classes, the Calm or Headspace App. Please use EAP for more resources.
National Park Passes & Vermont State Park vehicle passes or punch cards. This includes local pool/swim passes as well.
Weight loss programs: Weight Watchers, Noom, Nutrisystem, Optavia, and Club Jenny (Craig). This does not include meal plan services like Hello Fresh, Factor, Blue Apron etc.
