After-Hours Crisis Response
Families First offers our own in-house After Hours crisis support to current self-advocates experiencing emotional and/or medical distress.
For support outside of our listed business hours, please contact our main line at 802-275-4919. Your call will be directed to a rotating crisis response staff member. If there is no answer, please leave a message and someone will return your call within 15 minutes.
Staff & Guardians are encouraged to reference resources provided to them when a crisis (not a medical emergency) arises. On occasion, self-advocates may use our therapeutic respite flat. The Directors decide when the use of emergency respite is necessary.
